If you're working a normal 9-5 job and want a raise, you have to ask for it. Either that or wait until they pat you on the back and say; "Nice job!" You have to work really hard to get minimal gains, which means it's not worth your time.
Could you imagine having to walk into your boss's office and asking for more money? Most of them are going to laugh and the rest are going to tell you it's time to work really hard if you want to get more money. It's a constant circle that never ends and it's not worth the headache.
Oh, and what about when you have to look them in the eye with your best smile and pray they think you're worth it.
So basically it's going to come down to how much you're worth. Keep in mind this is on a fundamental level and the actual result will depend on the marketplace. It doesn't matter how much your boss thinks of you at all. It just comes down to whether or not you are worth keeping around at all.
This is what happens when you work for someone else. However, those who own a home business are able to get a raise whenever they want it. How? Just by working harder.
It definitely would be nice if you could stand in front of the mirror and say; "You know what? You deserve a raise!"
This is the world of online business owners and their ability to take advantage of the free market. Forget about what your boss thinks. It's time to show the world what you're really made of instead of going to ask for a raise.
Now you can just go get it. It doesn't matter what your both thinks your worth because you're the boss now! Whatever the case may be it's just nice to know you'll be adding some extra money to your finances every month. So get ready for those new clothes, vacation, vehicle or home, because you're about to make it happen.
There are some people out there who see their own business as the path to extreme wealth. We truly hope this is you and you picture yourself as a millionaire. There is nothing like this feeling when it happens, but we all start at square one.
In the end, the only person who has the power to change everything is you.
It doesn't matter what type of goal you wish to achieve.
